After a successful inspection of the goods at our logistics center, we will promptly refund your payment. The refund will be issued via the payment method you selected when placing your order.

Replacement in Case of Loss or Defect
As a private customer, you are legally protected against the loss of goods in transit. If any of our packages or an entire delivery did not reach you, please contact our customer service. If the item has a defect within the first 30 days after delivery that was not caused by you, we will exchange the item at your request. As a business customer, you have the option at computeruniverse to return originally packaged, unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Loss of Consignment & Transport Damage
If one of our parcels or a complete delivery has not reached you, please report this to your transport insurance. If you are not insured, you can instruct us to investigate the whereabouts of the delivery and, if necessary, file a claim with the appointed forwarding agent on your behalf. Please note that a flat fee of 45 euros will be charged for this service. Additionally, as a general rule, only damages up to an upper limit of 500 euros will be reimbursed.
