After positive inspection of the goods in our logistics centre, we will immediately refund your payment. The credit will be made to the payment method you selected when placing your order.

Replacement in case of loss of consignment & defect
As a private customer, you are protected by law against the loss of goods in transit. If one of our packages or a complete delivery has not reached you, please contact our customer service. If the item has a defect within the first 30 days after delivery that was not caused by you, we will exchange the item at your request. The manufacturer's warranty for your device basically covers all defects that occur within the warranty period and were not caused by you.

Loss of consignment & Transport damage
If one of our parcels or a complete delivery has not reached you, please report this to your transport insurance. If you are not insured yourself, you can instruct us to investigate the whereabouts of the delivery and, if necessary, to make a claim with the appointed forwarding agent on your behalf. We will charge you a flat rate of 45 euros for our efforts in this regard. Please note that, as a rule, only damages up to an upper limit of 500 euros will be reimbursed.
