In addition to the various standard delivery options, we also offer you the option to choose additional services related to the delivery, installation and connection of your new, high-quality large appliances.
According to your preferences, you have the option to book additional services related to your order in the shopping cart.
2-man delivery to the installation site
Upon request, high-value appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines or tumble dryers can be delivered, for the price of the 2-man delivery option, by our service partner Hermes Installation Service. They are the market leaders for the shipping of large appliances that could be susceptible to damage.
You also have the option to add additional services to your order from the installation and connection of the appliances right to the disposal of old appliances. You can select the services of your choice when completing your order in the shopping cart.

The benefits to you:
- The appliance is transported professionally.
- The shipping company contacts you to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery. Please provide your telephone number when ordering.
- The appliance is delivered into your home. The shipping company´s high level of experience enables a stress-free and safe delivery.
- Any transport pallets and packaging are also disposed of.
- Upon request, you can receive a brief introduction to the appliance on site.
If the delivery attempt fails, the shipping company will try to reach you again by telephone in order to rearrange a suitable date and time for delivery. If you cannot be reached, we will try to arrange a new delivery date and time with you by telephone or by e-mail. Please note that deliveries are only carried out on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
If you would like to avail of additional services, such as the installation and connection of your new appliance or the removal of old appliances, please book these in advance in the shopping cart.
Connection service for large household appliances and TV sets
This service can only be selected in connection with the option of ´2-man delivery to the installation site´. Upon request, you can receive a brief introduction to the appliance on site once it has been installed.

Scope of service
- Removal of transport protection.
- Connection to water and electricity supplies so that the appliance is ready for operation.
- Test the connections for leakages.
Service requirements
- Water inlet/outlet and electricity connection can be reached with the appliance´s attachments and without extension or additional installation work.
- All line connections (tap/power outlets) comply with European standards
Freestanding refrigerators
Scope of service
- Connection to a power outlet.
Service requirements
- Water inlet/outlet and electricity connection can be reached with the appliance´s attachments and without extension or additional installation work.
- All line connections (tap/power outlets) comply with European standards.
Electric cooker3
Scope of service
- Removal of transport protection.
- Removal of the old appliance and installation of the new appliance.
- Installation into the kitchen unit.
- Establishment of the operational readiness of the appliance according to the relevant VDE requirements.
Service requirements
- The required socket outlets are available and they meet the VDE requirements.
- The appliance´s electrical cable can be plugged in without an extension cable.
- The measured result of the FI loopback test must be positive, otherwise there will be no connection and a measurement report will be created.
- No other installation work is required.
TV set4
Scope of service
- Our TV technicians´ outbound and return trip.
- Setup and connection of your TV set (screen is connected to the pedestal stand)
- Connection of the TV set to a signal source (DTT/antenna/cable/SAT).
- Start of channel search and saving of the programme channels.
- Explanation of the basic operational features (changing programmes, high/low volume, etc.).
- Removal of packaging materials.
Service requirements
- All line connections (power outlets) comply with European standards.
1Note on connecting washing machines and tumble dryers
The removal of the appliance´s top surface and the installation of the machine under a counter top should not be carried out if the required cover sheet is not available.
2Note on connecting dishwashers
The additional fitting of this appliance, e.g. under a counter top, is not possible with this service.
3Note on connecting electric cookers
Extension of the original power supply cable or other structural measures.
4Note on connecting a TV set
No connection to other peripheral appliances (DVD player, home cinema system, etc.). No stations saved according to the customer´s wishes. No wall-mounting. No installation if the appliance has condensation on it.
Removal of old appliances
We are happy to remove your old TV set or old large household appliances and dispose of them correctly.
However, this additional service can only be availed of in connection with an order for a new appliance and the ´2-man delivery to the installation site´.
When ordering, you have the option to add the ´2-man delivery to the installation site´ and the removal of old appliances to your order in the shopping cart.
Service requirements:
- For the removal of large household appliances, please make sure that you have disconnected them from the power supply and water supply.
- All water must be drained from washing machines (also from the inlet hose and the lint filter) and refrigerators/freezers must be completely defrosted.
- TVs must be disconnected from the power supply.
- The old appliance must be fit for transport and it must not be dirty or cause damage to any new items that may be in the vehicle. This also means that fitted appliances must be taken out for removal and must be easily accessible.
