The elmeg CA50 standard table-top telephone is more than a regular terminal device - the high-quality exterior and its ergonomic use and convenience functions make this unit your first choice for systems to use with elmeg PABXs. The elmeg CA50, as a reasonably-priced and robust alternative to the CS series ISDN convenience/system telephones, is perfect for environments with a number of extensions, such as in hotels, homes and medium-sized offices.

Don't be fooled by its compact size and low price though - the elmeg CA50 is a full-fledged business telephone equipped with all vital convenience features when it comes to handling and useful functions. The ergonomic location of the handset - fixed securely in place by a magnet when idle - and the easily readable, three-line alphanumeric display make using this unit pure joy.

The numbers of incoming calls are shown in the display. Calls not taken are signaled by LEDs and put into a caller list, with number, date and time. The call-back function lets you initiate return calls conveniently at the push of a button. Function keys for hands-free calling and speaker function and an R/Flash key for broker's calls or inquiry calls make convenience calling fun and easy, especially with elmeg PABX systems. You can assign important numbers, and also functions for controlling elmeg PABX system functions (e.g. activation of call rerouting, Day/Night call mode, etc.) to five separate memory keys and ten VIP keys. You can store a further 70 numbers, with associated names, in the internal telephone directory and call them up using either a letter key, or scroll through them using the arrow keys.

Ideal for frequent callers: A separate 3.5 mm jack lets you connect standard headsets to the elmeg CA50, allowing you keep your hands free to do other activities while you make calls.
