Before I send anything back for RMA, could I get your advice on the below?
PC not opened for months just doesn´t start anymore. Fan´s are spinning but that´s about it. I´ve tried to remove (in sequence) graphic card, all extension cards, memory... Card never beeps but it doesn´t boot either.
On forums everybody seems to point the MB, would you confirm? What additional test can I do to prove this?

Dear Mr.Haumont,
generally we recommend to use the minimal required components (motherboard, cpu with cooler, one ram module, graphic card (if there is no unit on board), power supply and keyboard) for testing. If you use two ram modules you try one by one. Execute a cmos-reset (details see motherboard manual) to solve possible configuration problems.
If you do not own replacement components (or additional diagnostic tools) its hard to find the bad (defective) one.
Due to the fact that the fans are spinning and you don´t got a video signal we suspect a defective processor/motherboard.
