Tungsten T3 device which is sold here is called multilingual. Does someone know what languages is included in this version?
I need to get a English OS version, because my German skills is still quite poor. So is it ´safe´ to buy T3 from here or is it better to order it from GB or Irland?

I don´t know how the Palm is delivered. But you can update your OS and the apps on the palm by yourself. I´m not uptodate, but during the days of my Palm V one was able to download a new OS-image from PALM directly. Perhaps you should have a look over to Palm and if the OS is downloadable from their site you could update it by yourself.
