Was die Funktion betrifft, so kann man den "Röstgrad" zuverlässig über das Drehrad einstellen, die Zusatzfeatures Aufwärmen und Auftauen funktionieren ebenfalls prima, egal ob gefroren oder normal, "Kaltstart" oder mehrmaliges Toasten, der Röstgrad ist immer ziemlich gleich.
Die Inbetriebnahme war auch einfach, nach 5 leer-Toastgängen war der Eigengeruch wie in der Anleitung beschrieben weg. Das Kabel ist recht kurz (< 1 m), aber in der Regel hat man in der Küche ja eine Steckdose parat.
Wer also einen simplen Toaster für wenig Geld sucht, ist mit diesem Gerät (und sicherlich einem ähnlichen) gut beraten. Wer noch mehr sucht (z.B. Restzeitanzeige) muss halt mehr bezahlen.
