Maximum speed:
USB-3: read - 71,17 Mb/s, write - 41,25 Mb/s
USB-2: read - 34,74 Mb/s, write - 30,01 Mb/s

It´s better to use NTFS file system on it because speed is higher than FAT32. And of course it´s better to use archiver program it you write a lot of small files because speed decreases dramatically in this case.
Transcend gives limited lifetime warranty for this flash and it´s very good too.
Only one thing I don´t like: surface is gloss so there is a lot of fingerprints on it.
