- Excellent size/price/perf ratio
- not quite as good as a fullsize
The PL3 is an improvement over the older model primarily in addressing the slow autofocus, which is a welcome improvement indeed. The photo quality remains good, although not great, auto mode is still not recommended. You do need to know a little bit about photography to use this properly. Then again why buy a semi-professional camera and shoot in auto mode ?
Overall a very good choice for an aspiring photographer who is not very comfortable with the bulkier full size DSLRs. Of course not an option for a pro, but it does not carry a pro price tag either.
Note- no integrated flash at all this time, the older had it, though it wasnt all that great.
Also worth mentioning are the looks, the camera is stunning in person, a very sleek and classic design that inspires. The build quality is excellent too.

Und das EXTRA dieser kamera ist eindeutig der Extrem schneller Kontrast-AF!
Die leistung ist auch nicht verachtenswert ,12.3 Megapixel auflösung ,obwohl etwas mehr auch nicht unvorteilhaft wäre.
trotzdem die bilder sind sehr angenehm und ausreichend scharf!
Displaygrösse 7.6 cm Das entsprechen in etwa 3 zoll sind standard und für die kameragrösse völlig in ordnung,wäre sie aber etwas grösser geworden dann hätte das display grösser seien sollen,aber da es ja nicht so ist gibt es eine KAUFEMPFEHLUNG von mir!
