- All in one, convenient, stylish, beautiful and most importantly stable, set and forget
- Heats pretty much ... Put it on the stand for a netbook with a fan.
- The printer does not need to be set, the capsule is fully-automated, and the device is added to the Mac in one click.
- Do not stick the wire in different directions, all neatly behind and on one side only.

- Kopieren von einer alten TC etwas umständlich
Ich hatte eine 500GB Time Capsule durch diese 2TB Version ersetzt. Die Konfiguration wurde einfach übernommen und somit war die Installation ein Kinderspiel. Besonders angenehm ist der fast lautlose Betrieb und die geringe Wärmeentwicklung.
Einziger Schwachpunkt ist der manuelle Kopiervorgang der alten Time Machine Dateien. Hierfür benötigt man auch genügend externen Festplattenplatz, denn ein direktes Kopieren von einer Time Capsule zur einer Anderen ist nicht zu empfehlen.
Der eingebaute WLAN Router ist noch einmal verbessert worden und die Reichweite ist sehr gut. Fazit: Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Der Preis ist OK und die Leistung ist super. Das Design ist typisch Apple - simpel und schön.
Ich verwende das Gerät mit mehreren Apple Computern und auch iPhones / iPads. Alles funktioniert Problemlos.
