- usb3 cable must be connected to external port
Have one disadvantage, usb3 cable must be connected to external port, and no ability to connect it to the internal port on motherboard.
No need any drivers install, work great on my FreeBSD.

The installation is pretty simple - if have problems finding all the connectors on the motherboard just use the manual
The card reader can be used for all the existing types of memory cards
If your computer case ( my case ) has no USB 3.0 this card reader will solve the problem - it comes with 3 x USB 2.0 ports and 1 x USB 3.0 . Windows 7 recognized the device automatically after boot.
Fazit: Very good card reader with plenty of features. Very good price / performance ratio

Leichte intsallation und Aufwertung eines Systems, welche ursprünglich ohne USB 3.0 vorgesehen war. Einfach an entsprechende Erweiterungskarte anschließen und fertig! Sehr gute für den Floppy-Rahmen geeignet.
