- Excellent drive from an excellent manufacturer
- wish the price was a bit lower
WD´s quality is unchallenged in my personal opinion and Ive had them all, WD, Seagate, Maxtor, Quantum, Fujitsu, IBM, name it, brands that disappeared etc. WD has proved the best and in the later years Ive mostly stocked them, personally and for friends. They also have some of the better customer service and RMA service, yes it happens, often due to mishandling, but they will still help you !!! unlike some, who will refuse RMA if the casing has scratches .. like regular mounting scratches.
Highly recommend this particular drive and highly recommend WD in general. I think I will be buying yet another one soon.
