Die mitgelieferte Software geht in ihrem Funktionsumfang über einfaches Fernsehen hinaus. So erlaubt sie zeitgesteuerte Fernsehmitschnitte ohne Beaufsichtigung. Schaut man hingegen ´normal´ Fernsehen, zeichnet die Software das gerade eingestellte laufende Programm ständig mit, so dass Rücksprünge für mehrere Minuten möglich sind. Diese Option ist von Anfang an eingestellt aber abschaltbar. Praktisch ist auch die Angabe der laufenden Signal-Empfangsqualität.
Die Bildqualität und das ständige Aufzeichnen verlangt insbesondere auf älteren Rechnern (~Pentium 4M-1,8 Ghz; 1 GB; eine HD) aber ihren Preis. Es geht zwar ausreichend gut, aber es ´hakelt´ schon hie und da! spürbar. Insbesondere sollte man von der mitgelieferten passiven Antenne nicht so viel erwarten!

Manchmal holpert das Programm etwas, obwohl ich im optimalen Sendegebiet bin (liegt dann aber eventuell an der Wetterlage).
Stören tut mich die breite des Sticks, da kein USB-Stick mehr daneben in den Anschluss passt.
Die Installation in etwas umständlich, geht dann aber relativ schnell. Fazit: Für alle, die kein perfektes Fernseherlebnis, sondern ab und zu mal ein bisschen TV schauen wollen, ohne sich gleich ein Gerät kaufen zu müssen, ist der Stick eine gute Lösung und für den Preis ist die Leistung wirklich in Ordnung.
