Wie bereits am Produktbild ersichtlich ist die Tasche farblich dem Design der zugehörigen digitalen Kompaktkamera angepasst. Dadurch hebt sich das Modell vor allem von den vielen restlichen -monoton schwarz gehaltenen- Canon-Taschen ab.
Der Aufbau ist ohnehin besonders:
So ist ein Karabinerhaken zur leichten Befestigung an der Gürtelschlaufe angebracht und keine „normale“ Handschlaufe vorhanden.
Außerdem lässt sich die SC-DC70 nicht fest verschließen. Die Digitalkamera wird lediglich in die dafür vorgesehene Öffnung des Neopren-Materials gesteckt. Dennoch ist die Kamera anschließend fest umschlossen und kann keinesfalls herausfallen. Fazit: Trotz der gewöhnungsbedürftigen Verschlusskonstruktion ohne Reißverschluss bietet die Tasche ausreichend Halt und hebt sich vor allem optisch von den restlichen Canon Modellen ab.
